Cleveland Area Hospital is a 14-bed, critical access hospital located at 1401 West Pawnee Street in Cleveland, Oklahoma, approximately 35 miles northwest of Tulsa. The hospital is a non-profit organization owned and operated by the Cleveland Area Hospital Trust Authority, a civic association whose Board of Directors is composed of members of the local community. In addition to 24-hour Emergency Room services, the hospital also offers hospitalist services, 24-hour lab and x-ray services, general surgery, physical therapy and rehabilitation, swing bed services, outpatient geriatric psychological therapy, health screenings, wound care, and specialty clinics for cardiac and Ob/Gyn screenings and procedures.
